Accident and Insurance Coverage  

Your salesperson has explained the benefits of a warranty mattress pad. Remember ANY stains WILL VOID your warranty and service will be denied with a stained mattress. We HIGHLY suggest you purchase a mattress pad at the same time you purchase the mattress, as mattress protector manufacturers will only warranty the mattress if the protector is purchased at the same time as the mattress.  You have spent so much on the mattress, why risk voiding the warranty? No one plans on stains, but they do happen. Protect your purchase with a protector. It is WELL worth it.  

Orders  

Factory order delivery dates are ESTIMATES ONLY. We cannot predict the weather, nor can we control the factory manufacturing time or delivery times. We will ESTIMATE only. Please note that we cannot predict or control unexpected delays. (truck breakdowns, traffic delays, strikes, weather, pandemics, etc.) We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding when life happens. 

Store Pick up Procedures and Policies  

We ask you to pick up your Mattress / set within 14 days from being notified it is available. When picking up, we will help you load your vehicle, but due to insurance and liability purposes we are unable to tie down any merchandise for you. You will be required to properly secure all items to your vehicle. Be sure to bring all tie down material with you. Please expect a short wait of up to 30 minutes as we do many pick-ups each day and do not set pick-up appointments. We are not responsible for ANY damages or loss caused to your items once they have left our facility as they are in your control not ours.

                                                                                                                                        Delivery Information  

Your delivery will be scheduled on the day our trucks are in your area, and we have available space to deliver them. We require an adult to be present at the specified times to accept the delivery. Changes to the time frame or specific time stops cannot be accommodated. We try to be as punctual as possible, but each delivery requires our utmost attention, and some take longer than planned. Traffic can slow the delivery drivers etc. Sometimes things just do not go as planned. Again, thank you for understanding - we will do our best but sometimes cannot foresee delays. If no one is home to accept the delivery or there is a same day cancellation, a redelivery fee will be charged.  

Sleep Set Information  

Your sleep set WILL conform to your body! This is GOOD! Body impressions are normal. These impressions will develop more in the first sixty days than they will over the life of the mattress. Remember, like a favorite pair of shoes, the conformance adds to the comfort. Be aware a “king ridge” will develop in the center of a king mattress and sometimes a queen. This is normal. Why? Because we do not sleep there.

All floor models are usually broken in over time, Floor models are sold as is condition, and cannot be exchanged for comfort reasons.

Body impressions are NOT defects, they are the molding of the bed to your body and are completely normal. Rotate your mattress. Just like your car tires, a new mattress will wear unevenly if not rotated regularly (typically twice a month). This will enhance the comfort of your new bed.  Give it time. You may experience an adjustment period with your new bed. This is normal and could last up to 30 days and sometimes more. Give your body time to adjust to the new support system. The benefit to you will be a quality sleep. Isn’t that the reason you are purchasing a new sleep set?  

Due to the personal nature of our merchandise, ADJUSTABLE BEDS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. We accept returns for manufacturer defective products only, provided there are no stains, misuse or unsanitary conditions. The defect must be determined by our professional staff and accepted by the manufacturer as a manufacturer’s defect. Items that are delivered by our delivery experts that do not fit may be IMMEDIATELY returned with our delivery team for store credit less the delivery charge and a restocking fee of 10%. Defective returns will be exchanged only. Damage discovered on customer pick-ups or by private delivery contractors is not warranted, as the merchandise was not in our control. Due to the nature of our business, there are no refunds, you are entitled to a replacement of the same mattress or exchange the credit of the mattress for a different type of mattress through the sleep trial offer, or warranty process, you are responsible to pay the difference of any upgrade in cost for a better more expensive mattress, we encourage you to find a mattress within the same value/price as your original purchase, so you don’t lose any money. There is a 10% restocking fee, and a redelivery charge.
